The transition from school to work is an essential part of growing up as a young adult. It is a step in development, which often requires professional guidance. It is a critical challenge and at the same time a chance for self-efficacy and the pursuit of happiness. Bildungsstätte Bredbeck is launching “Vision&Work” to share and expand its longtime expertise in this field on the international level.

Vision&Work wants to…

• reflect difficulties, challenges and possibilities of the transition and of the various existing systems of support

• enhance cooperation among the agents of the best practice-projects

• include young adults in the project, so that their voices can contribute to the project as experts in the field

• create new strategies, formats and education components for the work of participating youth workers
